Booking Information

Please complete and print out the booking form and send it with either i) half the cost now and bring the balance with you or ii) the full cost now.

With your receipt we will send you an itinerary including travel details and a packing list.

Booking Conditions

A booking is confirmed when half (or all) the cost of the tour is received and a receipt issued.

The cost includes all food provided, camping fees and use of equipment.

Not included are any admission fees or travel to and from assembly and dispersal points.
Should a customer cancel, 25% of cost of the tour is forfeited up to six weeks before the start date; 33% up to three weeks and 50% after that.

Should a tour be cancelled all monies will be returned.

No responsibility can be borne by the company for any loss or injury which may occur. We recommend travel insurance which will protect you in the event of accident or cancellation - please make your own arrangements.

Children: Over 11 and still dependent come half- price. The trips are unsuitable for children under 11 years.
